Mobile Phone Lost and Found Center

KAIT provides Lost & Found Mobile Phone Service through joint program with post offices located nation wide. Any lost mobile phone may be dropped into the post box or at the post office and the center will trace and return the phone to the owner.



"M-safer" Identity Theft Prevention Service

KAIT protects telecommunication users through M-safer service which prevents identity theft. M-safer is a free service provided to the telecommunication users by sending subscription SMS, when the subscription of the telecommunication service occurs.



Telecommunication ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Center

ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Center plays an important mediating role in resolving disputes between telecommunication service providers and their customers concerning identity theft cases. An ombudsman service to protect consumer rights to create more balanced and fair user environment and socially responsible user culture.



Verification Service for Reduced Rate Telecommunication Service

KAIT provides simple user friendly online service for consumers to check their eligibility to receive a reduced telecommunication service rate. To qualify for the reduced rate, consumer must be either disabled/handicapped or belong to low-income group or be national patriot/veteran.



Pre-Paid Call Service Complaint Center

KAIT provides one-stop service for victims of Pre-Paid Phone scam. Once a complaint is processed, the Center will investigate and manage the process for monetary compensation for victims. This service is provided under the Telecommunications Business Act.
