- Operate the i-Safe Mark system - Provide websites with the i-safe mark and certificate after comprehensively
evaluating the level and management system of the online system security (66 criteria), privacy security
(92 criteria) and consumer protection (29 criteria)
- Operate the ePrivacy Mark system - Pursuant to the Information & Telecommunication Network Access Privacy
Security, and Regulations on Consumer Protection in e-Commerce, evaluate websites for 70 criteria(such as
collection, application and management of personal information, and protection of users' rights), and provide the
qualified websites with the mark and certificate
- Operate the Chief Privacy Officer Council |
·Execute research projects such as industry-specific privacy protocols and guidelines
·Perform activities to enhance relevant law and policies, and submit proposals to the government
